During the 30-day free trial period, we offer free returns for customers in the 48 contiguous United States. Customers from Hawaii, Alaska, and other international countries and regions are responsible for the return shipping cost, while Vesta will cover the original shipping cost. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will provide a full refund of the order value.
It typically takes 3-5 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return is processed, we'll refund to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at support@vesta-sleep.com with your order number. If your product(s) is in the trial period, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product(s), we will send the refund of your order to your original payment account or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 3-5 business days.
