Reward Program & Points Redemption
No. Points cannot be used on clearance or final sale items, unless we specifically say otherwise for a special case or selected users.
One. Only one points redemption code can be used per order, and you can redeem up to $50 worth of points at a time.
Yes. Your order must reach $100 before taxes and shipping before points can be applied.
Use them across multiple orders. If you have 10,000–30,000 points ($100–$300), you can split them into 2–6 separate orders and redeem up to $50 per order.
No. Gift cards and points cannot be combined in the same order. That loophole is closed, and orders trying to force it will be cancelled.
Your dashboard will show the expiration date, and we’ll send reminders before the deadline. Once points expire, they cannot be restored.
Yes. You can gift or transfer your points by sharing your redemption code with the recipient.
We do, together with our rewards platform provider, Smile.io. All rewards activity is subject to legal compliance and system review.
Our system automatically flags suspicious activity, including override attempts or possible points fraud. If that happens, the order is automatically cancelled.
No need to panic. Contact our support team at support@vesta-sleep.com and we can either apply the points retroactively and refund the difference, or cancel the order so you can place it again using points.

Partial return with a dollar-off reward:
You’ll be refunded what you paid for the item, minus its share of the discount. The reward amount used on that item will not be returned, and any points earned from it will be removed from your balance.
Full order return with a dollar-off reward:
The points you used will be restored to your account once the refund is processed. Any points earned from that purchase will be removed.
Gift rewards redeemed with points:
These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you return the qualifying order, you still keep the gift, but the points used for it will not be returned.
Return fee:
A $9.95 return fee applies to all returns.
