We collected sales tax in select states as required by law. You can see the exact sales tax on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.


Shipping

Except for select products where indicated, we offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We charge for shipping to other countries and areas. You can see the exact shipping fee in your location on the checkout page.

All orders will be shipped from our Texas warehouse in the US 1-3 business days after order placement.

In the United States and Canada, UPS will deliver your Vesta products to your door from our warehouse. We work with different shipping carriers to ship orders to other countries.

Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

It usually takes 1-3 business days for an order to process and ship out, then 2-3 business days for delivery to 48 contiguous states, 5-7 business days for delivery to Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite orders.

Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or abnormal conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!


Returns & Exchanges

We're so sorry to hear that you're not moving forward with your Vesta order! We appreciate you giving us a try. For help with this, please reach out to our Customer Experience team by email to support@vesta-sleep.com.

If you decide that your Vesta products aren’t right for you within 30 days following your delivery, we're happy to help troubleshoot or initiate the return or exchange process. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at support@vesta-sleep.com with your order number. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product, we will send the refund of your order to your original payment method or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-8 business days.

If the product(s) you receive is defective or has any quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.


Product Quality & Warranty

All products sold on vesta-sleep.com are covered by one-year limited warranty. If a product was sold by Vesta, and is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Vesta warrants that, at Vesta's option, it will be replaced or repaired at Vesta's charge.

The Vesta one-year limited warranty policy covers all products sold on Vesta’s official website vesta-sleep.com or a Vesta authorized retailer.
