We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you no longer want your items, you are welcome to initiate a return.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to update the shipping address. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any address changes. For further assistance, please contact us at support@vesta-sleep.com.

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. The exact amount of sales tax will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

We currently ship our products to the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and EU countries. We are actively expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries soon.

Shipping

Yes! Vesta provides free shipping for orders over $100 for most shipping destinations. You can find the shipping policy applicable to your order on the checkout page.

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic orders, and DHL and Canada Post for international orders. Detailed shipping options are available at checkout.

We offer global shipping. For customers in the United States, orders are typically shipped from our Texas warehouse 2-5 business days after placement. If there is no stock available in Texas, we will ship your order from our European or Asian warehouses at no extra cost to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Return & Warranty

14-Day Free Trial & Return:

We are pleased to offer free returns for 14-day trial items shipped within the continental United States. You may return products within 14 days from the date ofreceipt, under the conditions as received.

  • Please initiate the return by contacting us at support@vesta-sleep.com or using the contact form below.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method and will be completed within 10 business days from the time the return is processed.
  • For orders outside of the continental US, Vesta does not cover return shipping costs. Please use your preferred carrier to return the items and provide the tracking number once the item is shipped.


360-Day Satisfaction Warranty:

We proudly offer a 360-day satisfaction warranty. Following the 14-day trial, you may return most products within 360 days of purchase, provided they are clean, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Our customer support team is dedicated to addressing any concerns and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. You can contact us at support@vesta-sleep.com or use the form below.
  • After the 14-day trial, a processing fee of $9.95 applies for returns. Vesta does not cover return shipping for orders outside the United States, please use your preferred carrier and provide the tracking number once shipped.
  • To qualify for a return, products must be clean, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@vesta-sleep.com, providing your order number.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
  • Please expect your bank to process the refund within 7-21 business days after we have received the returned items.

We no longer facilitate direct exchanges. For an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. Returned products must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged to qualify.

For returns within the United States, a fee of $9.95 is deducted from your refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

We strive to ensure our customers always receive the best deal. We offer price adjustments for orders placed up to 14 days before an active promotion begins, subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Note that promotions cannot be combined.

  • Partial Returns with Dollar-Off Rewards: If you return only part of your order that used a dollar-off reward, you'll be refunded the amount paid for the item, minus the proportionate share of the discount. However, the reward portion used for the returned item will not be credited back, and points earned from that item will be subtracted from your rewards balance.
  • Full Order Returns with Dollar-Off Rewards: When returning an entire order that applied a dollar-off reward, the points you used will be restored to your account upon processing the refund. Points accumulated from the purchase will also be withdrawn.
  • Returns on Gifts Redeemed with Points: Items received as gift rewards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged through our platform. Should you return the qualifying purchase, the gift must still be retained as you won't regain the points used.
Please be aware that a $9.95 return fee applies to all returns.

At Vesta, we proudly offers a robust 360+14-day warranty and return policy to all products purchased, whether online or at our retail locations. This coverage guarantees your satisfaction with every purchase.

Note that a $9.95 fee will be applied to all returns. For defective merchandise, including items bought during promotions, you have the option to receive either replacements or refunds as part of our warranty service.

Beyond the warranty period of 374 days, replacements or refunds are not available. We recommend reviewing our extensive care guide, which provides valuable advice on how to care for your products to maximize their longevity.

Our warranty extends for 360-day from your purchase date, covering all manufacturing defects. Should any issues arise, we provide a no-cost, one-time repair or replacement of your original purchase, inclusive of all its components. This comprehensive service includes free retrieval of the defective item and delivery of the replacement without any fees or deductibles.

Any inherent flaws in the product due to manufacturing errors, assuming normal use and proper care.

NOT Included in Coverage:

  • Preferences related to comfort, style, or size.
  • Damage from stains, burns, tears, cuts, or exposure to liquids/moisture due to customer actions or environmental conditions (includes damage from pets).
  • Harm from improper laundering practices, such as damage or shrinkage from washing or using a dryer.
  • The expected reduction in duvet filling plushness with prolonged use.
  • Ordinary deterioration from daily cleaning, laundering, and regular usage.
