Good construction, easy to use, and very comfortable. For a very tall adult, when using it to sit upright, a headboard or wall support is beneficial.

I love this cushion. It is soft, and supports my neck well when reading in bed. Now if I could just get it back from the wife.

This really works great to let you sit on couch with Fractured ribs. It is only way to be able to sleep in bed. Without this I had not been able to sleep or sit up in the pain I have. Also got this for post surgery.. It is worth the money - lets you get better.

Comfortable and supportable. Got it for medical recovery, but we now continue to use it for sitting up in bed, elevating the airway when dealing with colds/allergies, etc.

I purchased the Wedge pillow about 6 months ago. I love it. It works great for me and makes it much easier to do things comfortably while recovering from spinal surgery. I use it every day.
About 2 weeka ago, I notice a small hole had developed in the cover. I immediately came to the site to buy a knew one, and to my surprise they weren't available. I reached out to Customer Service via email. They advised me that due to the low sales for the item, they never started offering replacement covers.
To this point, I had not yet posted any reviews as I prefer to give products like this a good year before reviewing so I can give a full and honest review. After I responded how disappointed I was in their lack of support for a rather spendy product and that I would be mentioning the lack in my reviews, they tried to guilt trip me into not doing so to as it would hurt their small business.
So basically, they didn't want customers to give honest and complete reviews.
I now own a product I spent $150 for, with no cover, that I can no longer use.
Will never recommend or do business with this company ever again.
