No, reward points cannot be applied to clearance or final sale items—unless otherwise specified for special cases or users.

To maximize your savings, we recommend splitting your orders. For example:
If you have 10,000–30,000 points ($100–300), you can place 2–6 separate orders, redeeming $50 in points on each.
Unfortunately, no. Due to a system issue in the past, some users were able to stack discounts, but this has now been fixed. Orders attempting to override this will be cancelled.
Your points dashboard will show expiration dates, and we’ll send reminders before they expire. However, expired points cannot be restored.
Yes! You can gift or transfer your points as long as you share your redemption code with the recipient.
We reserve the final interpretation rights alongside our rewards platform provider, Smile.io. All reward activities are subject to legal compliance and system review.
Our system automatically detects suspicious activity such as override attempts or point fraud. Orders flagged under these conditions are automatically cancelled—we appreciate your understanding.
No worries! Just contact our customer support team at support@vesta-sleep.com. We can either apply the points retroactively and refund the difference, or cancel your order so you can place a new one using your points.
Partial Returns with Dollar-Off Rewards:
If you return only part of your order that used a dollar-off reward, you'll be refunded the amount paid for the item, minus the proportionate share of the discount. However, the reward portion used for the returned item will not be credited back, and points earned from that item will be subtracted from your rewards balance.
Full Order Returns with Dollar-Off Rewards:
When returning an entire order that applied a dollar-off reward, the points you used will be restored to your account upon processing the refund. Points accumulated from the purchase will also be withdrawn.
Returns on Gifts Redeemed with Points:
Items received as gift rewards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged through our platform. Should you return the qualifying purchase, the gift must still be retained as you won't regain the points used.
Please be aware that a $9.95 return fee applies to all returns.
