Within a 30-day free trial period, we offer free returns for 48 contiguous United States. For orders from Hawaii, Alaska and oversea countries and areas, customers will be responsible for the return shipping. The original order value including the shipping cost will be fully refunded to customers.
It typically takes 5-7 business days for our facility to process returns. Once your return is accounted for, we'll refund your original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to settle back on your original form of payment.
To initiate your return or exchange, please contact us at support@vesta-sleep.com with your order number. If your product(s) is in the trial period, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the product(s), we will send the refund of your order to your original payment account or arrange the exchange shipping for you within 5-8 business days.
