Used for back to back 5 and 15 hour flights. I am tall and have a long neck. After wrapping the pillow around my neck I rested my jawbone on the thickest part and slept well with no neck pain afterwards.

I use this thing nearly every day on the bus to and from work. So comfortable and keeps my head and neck supported. Sometimes I will be so deeply asleep my fellow bus stop buddies will heave to wake me up at our stop.

Great design and provides good support. Haven't tried it on long trips yet. On the expensive side though for $70.. I think fair price would be around $30.

I know there's lots of these supports on the market. I've used some of them. For a long flight to Europe I used this. The first one that works. I slept well, no stiff neck and would recommend this for flights where one needs to snooze well.
