What is your return or exchange policy?

All products sold on vesta-sleep.com are covered by one-year limited warranty. If a product was sold by Vesta, and is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Vesta warrants that, at Vesta's option, it will be replaced or repaired at Vesta's charge.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries and regions around the world. We offer free shipping to most U.S. locations (see below for exceptions). For the locations that we do charge a shipping fee, please check the exact cost during checkout.
What if I need to modify or cancel my order?
We're happy to help you update your order, please contact us at support@vesta-sleep.com. Kindly note that orders are typically shipped out from our warehouse in 1-2 business days, we might not be able to make changes to your order after that. We will do our best to find a solution!
